St. Eugene Catholic School is accepting applications for an Enrollment Director. The Enrollment Director, in conjunction with the Principal leads the overall student enrollment process, from inquiries through admissions into the school ultimately enrolling new students in sufficient numbers to meet the goals of the Principal. This is a part-time, permanent position.
Responsible for the planning of recruitment and retention of students
With Principal set goals for student enrollment
Answer and follow up on all inquiry calls and e-mails
Provide pro-active follow up with unregistered students
Schedule school tours, interviews with perceptive parents and plan open houses
Maintain enrollment and admissions database
Prepare individual applicant folders for admissions/perspective parents
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, faithful, experienced in enrollment and sales. The person must be a practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic Education. He or she should be a team player, self-motivated, organized and have exceptional communication skills. The candidate must exhibit a passion in articulating the mission of Saint Eugene School to perspective parents and students.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Experience in enrollment management and sales
Computer proficiency – Word and Google
Experience in a parochial or not-for-profit environment preferred
